We found out Percy who ran the building at one point was an alcoholic and went to warm springs. I was not her friend that evening either since I called the spirit insane. She was buried in a near by graveyard and we plan this summer look for the grave yard we caught this strange photo that was debunked. This place was used at one point as a Tuberculosis ward and other things as well.
